About Us

Established in 2020 with the opening of Prosper ISD’s second high school, Hill Top Times is the online student-run publication of Rock Hill High School in Frisco, Texas. HTT’s mission is to empower student voices through multimedia expression. Our goal is to create and showcase content that accurately represents the school and our community. 

As student journalists, we strive to give equal importance to each and every story, no matter how small it may seem. The current staff seeks to uphold integrity and responsibility to produce a diverse publication. We strive to employ local journalism towards community participation and recognition, and will be glad to cover your stories if you reach out to us.

Our staff comprises reporters, writers, graphic designers and photographers. HTT is also in collaboration with Hill Top News, Blue Hawk Yearbook and Rock Hill Radio.
