As the end of the first semester approaches, Blue Hawk STUCO hosted the ‘Winter Extravaganza’ pep rally to help motivate the student body to push through finals week. The pep rally was held on Friday, Dec. 9 in the arena during advisory, and students sat in their designated class sections.

At the pep rally, students were encouraged to dress up in the festive wear assigned to their grade. Freshman were to dress up as elves, sophomores as snowmen, juniors as Santa, seniors as reindeers and teachers as Christmas trees.

Throughout the month of December, STUCO also held a 12 Days of Holiday Cheer where there were different dress up days everyday from Dec. 1 to Dec. 16.

On Monday Dec. 12, the spirit day theme is “It’s a Charlie Brown Christmas.”
