Color War pep rally celebrates seniors

In order to raise school spirit for the last home football game of the year, the annual Color War pep rally was held on Friday, Oct. 28. As well as marking the end of Red Ribbon Week, both the pep rally and game celebrated the seniors as it was senior night.

The varsity football team versed McKinney Boyd High School at the Children’s Health Stadium, where RHHS lost 17-21. Rock Hill’s next and last game will be on Friday, Nov. 3, against Guyer High School at the Collins Athletic Complex.

At the pep rally and game, students were encouraged to wear their designated color based on grade level. Seniors wore white, juniors wore blue, sophomores wore grey and freshman wore black. Throughout the week, various dress up days were organized to celebrate Red Ribbon Week.
